Important information on Vascular 2013 Housing

It has come to our attention that an unauthorized group has contacted exhibitors to book their Vascular 2013 accommodations through a PDF form. Vascular 2013 does not accept any payment information.

Tourism Montreal is the official and only housing bureau of Vascular 2013. Through Tourism Montréal, Vascular 2013 offers one common housing process for all delegates, speakers, supporters and exhibitors, regardless of the scientific meeting you are attending, including Vascular Day.

Note:
When you book your housing with Tourism Montreal, the official housing bureau for Vascular 2013:

  • all hotel reservations for individuals are done online and not via forms which they may receive by email;
  • any group requesting a room block of 5 or more room nights will be required to fill out a Vascular 2013 form, and return the form directly to Tourism Montréal at [email protected];
  • delegates/exhibitors should not complete any forms which require payment information.

We are pleased to offer one common housing process process for all delegates, speakers, supporters and exhibitors, regardless of the scientific meeting you are attending, where you will be able to chose from several hotels in close proximity to the Congress venue.

Rate is $215.00 per night for Single & Double Occupancy, plus applicable taxes (5% GST, 9.75% PST and 3.5% lodging tax)
$265.00 per night for Regency Club, plus applicable taxes.
